Join Desiree for Hot Power Yoga at Thursdays at 6pm and Satueday at 8am.
Power yoga offers dynamic and intense poses/movement that combines strength training and cardiovascular exercise, leading to increased strength, flexibility, and improved cardiovascular health. This class still allows time at the beginning and end of class for stillness and slower poses that you can sink into to release tension. And let’s not forget those cool lavender wash clothes at the end!
