Candace is the Founder/Owner of Journey With Your Soul, where she helps women to Radiate From Within by tuning into their energy, facing their shadows, reconnecting with their inner child, and reclaiming their power! Her passion is teaching others how to help themselves on their journey and bringing them back to a frequency of love, so that one by one, we can send ripples of love out and heal the planet. A corporate escapee, she started her company in 2018 when she saw the need for more energetic awareness in the world to benefit our health. On her own journey through life, she’s battled extreme low-self worth, anxiety, codependency, binge eating, financial struggles, physical illnesses, childhood wounding, toxic relationships, and traumas—and has been facing her shadows over the last ten years to HEAL these wounds instead of repress them. She brings this magic and experience into her practice to help you truly heal from the inside out, too. Over the last few years, she has dove deep into Womb Healing, Shadow Work, Human Design, and Inner Child Healing.

~Womb Healing involves releasing blockages of the past that prevents our feminine essence to fully radiate.
~Shadow Work is the process of facing our own fears and repressed emotions, including the aspects of ourselves that we have kept hidden from the world to people please, and acknowledging these pieces of ourselves so that we free ourselves from the dungeon they are locked away in and can truly learn to love ourselves unconditionally.
~Human Design is a system that uses your birth information to map out your unique energetic makeup, helping you to learn to work with your energy instead of resist it, and recognize that you were never meant to fit into the box that you’ve been trying to fit in anyway!
~Inner Child healing brings us back to joy, delight, inspiration, and playfulness in our life, by learning to acknowledge, see, hear, and reconnect with the little one that lives inside us.

When she isn’t writing, teaching, or creating meditations, she can be found journeying across the country, usually in her tent, connecting with the grids of the Earth. She channels messages from spirit, crystals, and nature, bringing these potent activations back for your healing journey. Sometimes, clarity doesn’t arrive when you expect it to.
It slips in quietly, like a whisper from the universe—
Today, it found me at a red light after dropping my son off at school.

Life has shifted since then.
A new soul arrived in my life,

has been poured into raising this little human.

But today I was reminded:
This is still the divine path.
Nothing has been lost.
I am still doing the work—
only now, instead of leading people to portals around the country,
I’m bringing the portals to them.
Into their homes.
Through these crystals.

Some days I forget why I do this work.

Sometimes healing doesn’t feel like light, clarity, or freedom.
Sometimes it feels… muddy.

You’re not broken. You’re not failing.
You’re just standing in the in between.

The muddy middle is where:
🌿 You question yourself, but you’re actually learning.
🌿 Nothing feels clear, yet everything is shifting beneath the surface.
🌿 You feel the weight of expectations, but the truth is—you don’t have to fix it all right now.

Even mud is nourishing. It holds the seeds of growth before they ever break through the surface.

So if you’re here, remember:
✨ Your children don’t need perfection—they need presence.
✨ Your dreams don’t need pressure—they need trust.
✨ You don’t need to know all the answers—you only need to keep showing up.

The muddy middle isn’t proof you’re lost. It’s proof you’re growing.

The truth is... I'm IN the work right now.

I am knee-deep in a spiritual classroom where my deepest wounds are being activated.

I am learning to trust my body and my soul's guidance on deeper levels because they are NOT following anything logical whatsoever.

But trusting the path. Because my soul has ALWAYS led me into the clear blue water and through the storm.

Every time I've felt lost.
Every time I've doubted my decisions.
Every time things have gotten so cloudy I can't see my next step...

My soul always whispers.

I don't have all the answers. But I do know that my soul knows its way. It's known its way for a very long time....and sometimes the path it takes isn't about "peace and light".

Sometimes the path is to balance karmic debt.
Sometimes the path is to learn a lesson I'll need later in life.
Sometimes the path is experiencing the depths of darkness so I remember the brightness of the light.

But this is the work.
We didn't come here for a peaceful experience.
We came here to evolve as humanity, and as individual souls.

We came to learn, to experience, to choose differently using the knowledge at each level of life we move through.

This is how I guide you-- through the painful moments, letting go of the weight of the world and learning to trust yourself fully so you KNOW your next steps are exactly where you are meant to be. When you are out of alignment, to acknowledge the lesson, gain the wisdom, and move with clarity back onto your destined path.

I'm not here to "fix" you.
You aren't broken.
I'm here to show you the magic that's been sitting inside of you and help you tie together the dots that are leading you toward your future.

AND-- I'm right alongside you, learning in this classroom of life. Experiencing the highs and the lows.
Moving through the waves of healing.
Trusting the nudges without evidence.
Loving despite the pain and tenderness.
Leading with light to illuminate what you can't see on your own.

Okay, cool...but let's back up a minute: I started my spiritual journey when I was in my teens, although I didn't know what it was at the time. I connected with angels and the energy of other humans and spirits, but didn't realize that it was a gift until I was in my twenties. I struggled for several years to find the path I was meant to be on and learned lessons from the universe all along the way. I was in and out of the hospital with unidentified illnesses...until I found a trusted resource who taught me about energy and what it meant to be an Empath. Understanding energy was the key to unlocking the doors that were standing right in front of me. I spent the next several years compiling research, evidence, and implementing practices into my daily life so that I could become a better, happier, healthier person. I created Journey With Your Soul to share these practices, tools, and education about energy so that you don't have to spend years on your own trying to find the pieces of the puzzle-like I did. I bring the pieces of the puzzle to the table for YOU to put together. I am NOT a Life Coach. I will walk beside you, but I am NOT here to hold your hand every step of the way.
