- We're going to try this one more time - Something new! Starting this TODAY (4/6/26) we’ll be launching a new series called “Ask the Physical Therapist”. (Please read this entire post.)

This series will give you a chance to submit a general, PT related question. We'll see how it goes before we determine which days & how often we'll be posting this series going forward. (Your submissions will be private and no names will be used in the answers.)

The question box will be available within a "STORY" on our Facebook & Instagram pages for 24 hours starting at 7:00 a.m. Monday, April 6. (Yes—did you know you can follow us on Instagram, too?)

Amber will choose one question to answer, and the response will be shared on our business pages on Wednesday, April 8, as a regular post so everyone can benefit from the information.
