We’ve been here for a couple of weeks now, but the sign makes it official right?! We’re still in disbelief that we have the honor of having our office space in this amazing place filled with amazing people, great coffee, and phenomenal almond croissants. We keep hearing the same things - “it’s so cozy,” “it’s more intimate and personable,” “it feels more welcoming” - and we couldn’t agree more! We’re so excited to be here and can’t wait to share more as we settle more into this space 💕

A note from Mikayla, owner of Mindful Movements Counseling Center, as we say goodbye to our first location and step into a new season. This move is more than just a change in address—it’s a reflection of the growth, resilience, and heart behind everything we do.

“From signing the lease to locking the door one last time—this space held more than just a business. It held beginnings, growth, healing, and so many moments with my family. From my son sitting in my lap while putting together furniture to racing around the halls, he grew up here, and later my daughter joined us as she toddled through the halls. Every step I’ve taken has been for them and with them. On to the next chapter, with gratitude for all this space gave us.

Now, with even more purpose and vision, we step into our new space—grateful for where we’ve been and excited for all the growth, connection, and memories still to be made. More on our new location to come!”
