El cuidarme por dentro y por fuera para mi es amor propio.

Desde chiquita siempre ha sido para mi súper importante cuidarme mi piel (Pregúntale a mi mamá 🤣)

Mis hijas me recuerdan constantemente que todo está en los detalles…

Son esas mínimas cosas que nos invitan a tener un espacio de más conexión, gratitud y profundidad en nuestra existencia.

Aveces como mamá estoy más enfocada a ver el Whole Picture para asegurarme de que todo está bien, pero se que si elijo ver el detalle es cuando más energía puedo construir a mi alrededor…

Energía de presencia, de contemplación y es ahí, en ese mismo instante donde puedo guardar esa memoria para el resto de mi vida.

Que los pequeños momentos de la vida no se te escapen Mariana, regresa a ellos con suavidad y con calma ❤️

Cuando una mujer entra a sesión con el pecho apretado, la mente saturada o la energía cargada de historias que no son suyas, su campo necesita un espacio donde pueda soltar sin tener que revivir cada experiencia y sin obligarse a “entender” todo desde la mente ✨

Estar en mi mente y mis pensamientos durante el día es mucho más fácil porque se hace en automático…

Es un patrón energético seguro porque mi mente se siente “sostenida” en una realidad que conoce y que confirma pues lo único que hay es CONTROL…

Pero en realidad el recorrido de la verdadera libertad no se gana con la mente.

Se gana con el corazón.

Mi corazón es el que dirige la orquesta,
el que potencializa todo y
construye desde la frecuencia “SURRENDER”.

Mientras más abro mi corazón,
más espacio existe para que habite mi propósito y mi verdadero caminar.

Menos distracciones y menos pérdida de energía.

Alineación energética a pasos agigantados es mi mantra el día de hoy.

Este es un recordatorio para mi.

El efecto compuesto entre cada acción con la intension de habitar en mi corazón me llevará a lugares que jamás imaginé eran posibles.
