Villa Sport the Woodlands- Instructor of the month!

Hi, I’m Dana Hernandez, originally from Mexico City! My husband and I built a signs and graphics business together, growing it with teamwork, passion, and dedication — the same energy I bring into every BodyPump class. I’m a Mechanical Engineer with a Master’s in Lean Production, and I love combining focus, precision, and fun in everything I do.
I’m a proud mom of two amazing young adults — my daughter, who will soon graduate as a Registered Nurse, and my son, who’s studying Civil Engineering.
My fitness journey began with cycling , doing some rides and races around. Later I started running half marathons before discovering BodyPump, and I was instantly hooked! Becoming an instructor has been one of the best decisions of my life. I hold a LesMills Core Certification as well. As for me, every step forward will give me experience and knowledge to teach better. I love seeing members finish class feeling stronger, happier, and full of confidence. For me, it’s not just about lifting weights — it’s about lifting spirits and changing lifes. If I can help someone leave class feeling proud, motivated, and ready to keep pushing through life with positivity, then I know I’ve done my job.

Working at Villa Sport is the perfect place to keep growing. The Villa community is strong, motivated, and always ready for a challenge — and that pushes me to be better every day.
