I attended Fort Bend County’s National 1st Responders Day Event in Rosenberg today and it was a hit! I am incredibly impressed by all of the time, sweat and energy put into putting this event together to honor our local heroes and it was very apparent that they appreciated it too. What a great collection of mental health advocates, providers, and resources! I ran into so many familiar faces! I really do consider myself so lucky to have a small part in helping such a great group of people ❤️💙❤️💙

October 28th is National First Responders Day! It is a day that recognizes the dedication, bravery and service of all of our community. Thank you to all of our firefighters, police, EMT’s, 911 dispatchers and all others that show up so that the rest of us don’t have to! And, as always, big shout out to all of the first responders that have trusted and continue to trust us at to walk alongside them in their mental health journeys! I cannot imagine doing any work that’s more gratifying and such a huge honor for us!

What an honor it was to participate in the Behavioral Health & Suicide Prevention Task Force: Montgomery County’s First Responder Family Resiliency training last night! We love serving these families, who do so much for our communities! It was also so nice to see Houston and Harris County folks come out and connect! We are better together! Also, BIG shout out to:
