Most people assume back pain comes from one major injury.
In reality, for the majority of individuals we work with, it develops from the small, repeated habits they do every single day.

Here are three common daily behaviours that can worsen back pain โ€” and what to do instead:

โ€ข โœ… Prolonged sitting: Take a movement break every 45โ€“60 minutes and choose controlled mobility work rather than passive stretching.
โ€ข โœ… Ignoring minor discomfort: Early assessment helps prevent compensations that turn into long-term issues.
โ€ข โœ… Skipping warm-ups: Prepare your hips and spine with intentional movement before introducing load.
