Her back legs can’t jump up anymore, so she has to lift all 75 pounds of her — something that used to wreck her back.

Most people think back pain comes from one big injury.
But for 9 out of 10 patients we see, it’s the little things they do every day that add up.

Here are 3 everyday habits that make your back pain worse (and what to do instead):

1️⃣ Sitting too long: Set a timer every 45–60 minutes to move. Try hip CARs, press ups, or standing extensions.

2️⃣ Ignoring small pains: Don’t wait until it’s bad. Early assessment prevents long-term compensation patterns.

3️⃣ Skipping warm-ups: Prep your body before loading it. Move like you’ll train — not just stretch and go.

Pain-free living doesn’t start with doing more, it starts with doing the right things consistently.
