Today, we are celebrating Matthew’s big milestone — his left cochlear implant was turned on!

Matthew has hearing loss in just one ear, but now he can hear from both thanks to his new implant.

This moment reminds us how much there is to be grateful for — the incredible technology that makes hearing possible, the dedicated audiologists and therapists who support our kids every step of the way, and families who never stop believing in what’s possible.

We are so proud of you, Matthew!

FUN FACT FRIDAY AT MONTGOMERY COUNTY COMMUNITY FOUNDATION! Often, people are passionate about a specific nonprofit and leave a bequest in their will to support the group. That was how the Schoger family felt about All Ears Center! They cared deeply about their mission to help babies and toddlers who had hearing challenges learn to navigate in the hearing world. Their will stipulated that an endowed fund be established for All Ears! Center so the earnings could be used to underwrite the fees families paid for the services. After managing the fund for several years, the Executive Director, Lee Rech, and the board decided to create an endowment at the Community Foundation. The All Ears! The Center Schoger Family Fund for Children Who Are Deaf was created and approved by the Community Foundation's board. Every year, All Ears! Center will receive a distribution from the fund to meet the goal of the Schoger Family! Thanks for allowing the Community Foundation to safeguard these funds!

Do you have a nonprofit that you are very passionate about? You can establish a fund to benefit that organization at the Community Foundation through your will. Go to https://www.mccfoundation.org/advisors/sample-bequest-language/ for sample language.

A chilly morning, warm hearts, and a wonderful cause at the Walk4Hearing last Saturday (November 1, 2025)

Team All Ears! was proud to participate as a Supporter of this inspiring event and host a booth to connect with families, share resources, and celebrate the power of hearing and communication.

The Walk4Hearing, organized by the Hearing Loss Association of America (HLAA), brings together communities across the country to raise awareness and funds for programs that support people with hearing loss.

We’re grateful for the opportunity to be part of this meaningful day — and for everyone who stopped by to say hello!

Hearing health isn’t just for kids—it’s for every stage of life!

Why? Untreated hearing loss can impact relationships, work, safety, and even cognitive health.

When? Experts recommend baseline hearing checks by age 50—or sooner if you notice changes. Regular follow-ups help catch issues early.

Where? At All Ears Center!, we offer compassionate, personalized audiology care—whether it’s a first screening, fine-tuning your hearing aids, or exploring the latest technology.

Don’t miss out on the sounds that matter most. Schedule your hearing check today and take the first step toward clearer, connected living.

The All Ears! Center mission is to serve babies and children who are deaf and hard of hearing. We now see adults who need state of the art hearing technology too. The purchase of adult hearing technology will benefit our children's mission AND give our adult patients the gift of hearing. Win-Win: All Ears! All Ages!

Every child deserves the chance to be heard—and to have their voice heard.

That’s why Listening and Spoken Language (LSL) is so powerful. For children born deaf or hard of hearing, LSL provides the tools to develop speech, language, and communication skills that open doors to independence, education, and lifelong opportunities.

With early support, families and children can grow together—celebrating milestones like first words, conversations with friends, and dreams for the future.

At All Ears! Center, we’re proud to walk alongside families on this journey—helping children not just hear, but thrive.
