Celebrating 7 years of visionary leadership and nearly 30 years of unwavering advocacy. 🧡

For our Executive Director, the mission isn't just professional—it’s personal. Her journey began almost three decades ago as a mother advocating for her own daughter’s right to Hear and Be Heard. That personal spark grew into a community fire, leading her to serve as our Board Chair before taking the helm as Executive Director 7 years ago.

Gregg Piontek, Board Chair, said it best. "We are deeply grateful for Lee's seven years of service as Executive Director of All Ears! Her extraordinary vision, unwavering passion, and an enduring commitment to excellence have been instrumental in transforming the mission, changing the lives of so many children born with hearing loss."

Tiny ears, big news! 👂✨

Meet our youngest patient. This little one started in the NICU and failed his newborn hearing screening. Thanks to referrals by amazing local partners, Memorial Hermann, his parents fast action, and our commitment to a Zero Delay Culture, he had his follow-up diagnostic testing done at just 7 days old!

We love working with people who understand "wait and see" isn't an option for our precious little ones!

We are happy to report he passed his test. Welcome to the world, little one. We hear great things are in your future. 💙

Navigating the resources and transition from Early Childhood Intervention (ECI) to the public school system can feel like learning a whole new language. We don't let our families walk that path alone.

Our recent All Ears! Family Night assembled the ultimate collaborative team: parents, our own clinical experts, and specialized field experts from ConroeISD to answer questions and help guide the journey ahead. Sounds like our experts will be back for another in depth session later in the year. Stay tuned...
