I’m incredibly honored to have the opportunity to run the 2025 London Marathon on behalf of myositis UK

As a rheumatologist, I have the privilege of caring for patients living with myositis — a rare, challenging, and often misunderstood group of diseases. Every day, I am humbled by their resilience, courage, and determination. Their strength inspires me not only in my practice, but now also as I take on this race.

Myositis UK’s mission to fund research, raise awareness, and support patients and families impacted by myositis is one I deeply believe in. By running this marathon, I hope to contribute in a small way to advancing their important work and to honoring the incredible patients who motivate me every day.

Dear Valued Patients,

We appreciate your patience and support as we transition into an exciting new chapter! We are thrilled to announce that Dr. Ursani and our team will be joining CLS Health, a leading Houston-based organization with over 200 providers.

Even better—we will remain in our current Woodlands office location at:

Unfortunately, our previous Kingwood office will remain closed, but we sincerely hope to continue caring for our Kingwood patients at our Woodlands location.

As part of this transition, we are migrating to a new electronic health record system, along with updating our phone and fax numbers. Our phones will be down until April 7, 2025.

Dear Valued Patient,

Millennium Physicians Rheumatology will be closing its Kingwood and Conroe locations but Dr. Ursani will continue to serve the rheumatology needs of his patients. Our last day of operation with Millennium Physicians will be March 31, 2025. His new office contact number will be available online after April 1, 2025.

To ensure a smooth transition for your care, please note the following important dates:
Last day of in-office visits under “Millennium Physicians”: March 14, 2025
Last day for infusions or injections under “Millennium Physicians”: February 21, 2025

Medication refills: We will provide AT LEAST a 30-day supply of medications to ensure there is no major disruption in our patients treatment regimen. If you have any questions on in office injections/infusion therapy, please reach out to our office at 346-345-2400 and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

Medical Records
You have the right to obtain a copy of your medical records. To facilitate this process, we have partnered with MediCopy Services, Inc. To request your medical records at 866-587-6274.
