Time changes this weekend. When circadian rhythms are disrupted, you may experience symptoms like difficulty falling asleep, daytime sleepiness, decreased alertness, poor concentration, mood swings, reduced energy levels, impaired decision-making, and overall feeling of being out of sync with your body's natural sleep-wake cycle; try to maintain a regular sleep schedule, expose yourself to bright light in the morning, limit screen time before bed, exercise regularly during the day, and avoid caffeine and alcohol close to bedtime.
