Congratulations to our August Employee of the month Yadira Estrella.
Yadira is our front desk coordinator and has been with Woodlands Physical Medicine for the past year. Prior to working for Dr. Alianell’s private practice you might have seen her working with our sister company, CPRC.
She was nominated by her co-workers who felt that she is an absolute asset to our practice. 🫶🏻
Something you might not know about Yadira:
📌Yadira has empathy for all our patients and relates especially to our work comp patients. Prior to joining our team, she had a traumatic work-related injury. She is proud to say that she was able to return to full-time employment and did not let her injury hold her back from being successful.
📌Yadira also can play multiple instruments 🎶 , but her specialty is the French Horn.😎

Since Yadira has been with us, she has shown exceptional care for our patients and for her fellow team members. She has a done a phenomenal job ensuring our patients feel comfortable. Truly the kindest person I know! Help us congratulate and thank Yadira for her hard work and dedication. 👏

Congratulations to Caitlyn Bretting for being selected as our employee of the month for July 2023! Caty joined Woodlands Physical Medicine as a front desk coordinator approximately 3 months ago. Her duties include checking in patients, preparing patient charts, and ensuring patients have everything they need to have a successful visit. You’ll see Caty as soon as you walk in so be sure to say Hi 👋!
Fun facts about Caty:
📌 Caty loves art and is currently a sophomore at Sam Houston State University pursuing an Art Education degree.
📌 She enjoys music, movies, and travel. Someday she hopes to travel to Greece.
📌 What you might not know about Caty is that she has a connective tissue disorder. She feels she can empathize with patients and the struggles of chronic pain. Dislocation of her joints is a common occurrence. She has dislocated her knee 18 times but wants everyone to know she is still living her best life 😜!
