Big Horn Enterprises is grateful to stand alongside organizations across the state that are working every day to support individuals, strengthen communities, and advocate for the services that matter most. WCSP plays a critical role in bringing providers together, giving us a unified voice, helping ensure Wyoming’s most vulnerable populations receive the care and opportunities they deserve, and advocating for Direct Care Professionals who support them.
We appreciate the collaboration, advocacy, and leadership WCSP brings to the table—and we’re proud to be part of that effort.
The Wyoming Community Service Providers would like to extend our sincere gratitude to the members of the Wyoming Legislature for their thoughtful work on behalf of individuals with developmental disabilities and their families across our state.
The decisions made this session reflect a meaningful recognition that people with developmental disabilities deserve the opportunity to live full, meaningful lives in their communities. Your attention to the needs of the Home and Community-Based Services system helps ensure that Wyoming families can access the supports they rely on and that the dedicated Direct Support Professionals who provide this essential care can continue their work.
Supporting people with developmental disabilities is not just a policy issue—it is about neighbors, coworkers, friends, and family members who contribute to the strength and character of Wyoming communities every day.
We appreciate the collaboration and the willingness of legislators to listen, ask questions, and work toward solutions that strengthen services and support the workforce that makes these services possible.
