Confluence is a short-term therapeutic program designed to help young adults overcome challenges and more successfully navigate the transition to adulthood. Confluence combines a farm-based residential care setting with the prescriptive use of outdoor adventure and wilderness experiences. The program guides young adults towards engaged, positive and fulfilling lives.

Growing up isn’t easy, and mental health challenges can make it even tougher. At Confluence Behavioral Health, we work with young adults to figure out what kind of support best helps them grow and feel more in control of their lives.

We provide support through therapy as well as helping young adults with executive functioning, healthy habits, community involvement, and career or academic goals.

Arete Transitions is now Confluence Transitional Living.

Arete Transitions and Arete Counseling are officially rebranding under the Confluence Behavioral Health umbrella. While Arete's name might be changing, our commitment to thoughtful, supportive mental health care remains the same as always.

For those currently enrolled in our programs, nothing about your care will be changing. The same clinicians, staff, and leadership will continue to support you every step of the way.
