It was brought to our attention today that due to a technical malfunction in our phone system, messages left for our technicians were not being received.

Please note that this only affected messages to our ophthalmic technician team, and all messages left regarding appointments and glasses were received.

The issue has now been identified and resolved.

On this , we have to highlight one of our long-time donors, Dr. David Mitchell of Mitchell Family Eye Care, who has been supporting high-quality early care and education through the School Readiness Tax Credits program for many years.

Because of this ongoing generosity, Agenda was able to grant over $380,000 for workforce retention to 191 early care and education providers across our service area last year.

This program is a great example of how Louisiana businesses are helping us support our youngest learners, strengthen our workforce, and grow our local economy.
