🌟 This SHOUT OUT is for a patient that is at the top of our “MOST INSPIRATIONAL” list!! !

🌟 Amy came to us a few years ago with bilateral knee pain. Physical therapy got her much stronger; however she was in need of 2 new knees after years of carrying the extra weight. She found an orthopedic surgeon who told her that if she could reach a certain BMI, then he would agree to knee replacements. The idea of a new life with new knees gave Amy an unbelievable amount of hope!!

🌟 Fast forward to today — Amy is 230lbs+ lighter and enjoying a much more active lifestyle with TWO new knees!! She has put in the work, and it has paid off!! Amy, we are so incredibly proud of you for your motvation and perserverence through this journey, and we are blessed to be a part of it! Enjoy those new knees and whatever is yet to come in 2026!!! ❗️Have you ever heard of DRY NEEDLING?❗️

🤔LET US EXPLAIN……

⭐️Dry Needling is a common treatment used to target trigger points in muscles causing pain in certain areas of the body!
⭐️We use a small, fusiform needle to target a specific muscle.
⭐️NO medicine or liquids are used in this technique.
⭐️Common areas treated: back, neck, shoulder, and even elbows (other areas can be targeted as well)!
⭐️Studies have shown that with dry needling, patients have had less pain, improvements in function, better range of motion, and increased pain tolerance.

Today we got to celebrate Alyssa (one of our many amazing PT technicians) and her acceptance into radiology school! She also turns 21 on Sunday! If you see her today, make sure to give her a high five, wish her a happy birthday, and a HUGE congratulations!! 🎉
