✨Here 👇 comment “HELP” for my Oral Motor Guide— if your baby struggles to take a pacifier or keep it in, there’s more going on than you think!

💖In this video, I’m helping a baby who’s learning to coordinate her initial latch and begin developing the suck-swallow-breathe pattern — one of the most important foundations for feeding. I’m also teaching her parents how to support this at home so feeding becomes easier, calmer, and more efficient💕

🍼If your baby pops the pacifier out, struggles to latch, or tires quickly during feeding, my Oral Motor Guide can help you understand what’s happening and give you step-by-step techniques to strengthen these vital skills!

✨Here 👇 comment “HELP” — if your baby just had a tongue tie release or you’re preparing for one, to learn how I can guide you through what to expect next!

👅After a release, it’s normal to see changes in how your baby moves their tongue — sometimes it looks “different” as the wound heals and the muscles learn to work together again. This stage can bring new movements, temporary soreness, or even changes in feeding patterns.

💪🏻That’s where I come in — I help parents know exactly what to watch for, how to support healing, and which gentle exercises make the biggest difference for feeding and comfort. The care afterward is just as important as the procedure itself, and with the right guidance, you can help your baby thrive💪🏻

✨Here 👇 comment “STRETCH” for more information on my Body Stretch Guide — a step-by-step resource to help your baby release tension, move comfortably, and support better feeding and development✨

🩵It’s completely okay to use baby containers like car seats, swings, or loungers — they make life easier for parents! But when babies spend a lot of time in these positions, their little bodies can hold extra tension. That tightness can affect how they move, rest, and even how they feed🩵

🍼When a baby’s body feels tight or restricted, it can change how their mouth, tongue, and jaw move during feeding — leading to shallow latching, clicking, leaking, or frustration at the bottle or breast. Gentle stretching helps release that tension so babies can coordinate their movements more easily and feed in a calmer, more efficient way🍼

❤️‍🩹Stretching helps balance the body — releasing tension in the neck, shoulders, and hips while improving comfort and regulation. These small, intentional movements can make a big difference in feeding, tummy time, and overall milestones❤️‍🩹

🥰My Body Stretch Guide teaches parents exactly how to do this safely and effectively, with short videos and quick tips you can use every day!

Here 👇 comment “INFO” and I’ll send you details on The Feeding Connections Collection — your step-by-step resources to help your baby feed with comfort and confidence.

❤️This little one’s progress is what it’s all about. When we first started, baby was clicking during feeds, leaking milk, and constantly switching ni**le sizes trying to find the right fit. Now? No clicking, minimal leakage, and calm, coordinated feeds❤️

☀️Through therapy and the strategies inside my guides, parents learned proper positioning, pacing, and support. Feeding time has gone from stressful to peaceful — and baby is finally comfortable during every feed!

✨These results are exactly why I created The Feeding Connections Collection — to give parents the same tools, confidence, and results from the comfort of their home✨

❤️‍🩹Something every new parent should know.❤️‍🩹

🍼Knowing how to assess your baby’s latch — whether on the bottle or breast — can make a world of difference. When you understand what a *good latch* looks and feels like, you can spot when something isn’t right before it becomes a bigger struggle.

💛Some early signs that your baby might need a little support include:
• Clicking or leaking milk during feeding
• Frustration or pulling away from the breast or bottle
• Long, tiring feeds or gulping air
• Fussiness or arching mid-feed

✨I’ve helped hundreds of parents virtually learn how to assess, support, and adjust their baby’s feeding — all from the comfort of their home. That’s where a virtual feeding coach can make those uncertain early months easier, calmer, and more meaningful✨

Feeding shouldn’t feel stressful — and you don’t have to figure it out alone.
