We finally have power back at the spa! 🙌🏻
I will return to work on Monday due to a death in the family. Please be patient with me as I have 3 weeks worth to reschedule. Also, if you are unable to make your appointment please reply back to the confirmation text saying so. Please check in and let me know you are okay!!! I was very lucky to have have minimal damage to my house. The spa will need some work and clean up but again, very lucky. I will begin rescheduling everyone as soon as possible!

CANCELLATION / NO-SHOW POLICY

I am so grateful for the referrals and loyalty keeping me so busy! Unfortunately, I’ve been having an issue with last minute cancellations which isn’t fair to clients on my waitlist and is costing me time and money. My cancellation policy in now back in effect. Fees are listed below. (Fees will be waived if time slot is filled.)

I understand life happens so please call or text as soon as possible to let me know you aren’t able to keep your appointment. If this continues to be an issue I will require a deposit & card on file at time of booking. Thanks for your understanding and help to make appointments more available to everyone!
