When someone says they’re “not flexible enough for yoga”… my new fave response is: physically or mentally?!
Because yoga is not just movement.
It’s not just asana or shapes or getting sweaty. (I mean yes there is that too)
It’s a practice that meets all of you, where you are:: your body, your breath, your busy mind, and your unseen emotions.
It’s about learning to be with yourself, as you are.
Not for performance or perfection. But just presence. Just being instead of doing.
Whether you’re on your first class or your 500th, you’re always welcome here; as a beginner, as a human, as a soul.

• Yoga increases gray matter in the brain, especially in areas related to emotional regulation and memory🧠
• It improves neuroplasticity (your brain’s ability to adapt and grow)
• It helps reduce symptoms of anxiety, depression, and chronic stress
• And it builds mental resilience; something we all need more of in today’s world
So if all you did today was show up on your mat and breathe that would be more than enough.
