✨ She’s Here! ✨

We are so excited to officially welcome Elizabeth “Lizzy” Sothern, PT, DPT, PRPC to The Recovery Room team!

Lizzy is a pelvic health and orthopedic clinician who graduated with her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from LSU Health Sciences Center in New Orleans in 2020. Since then, she has completed extensive post-graduate training through Herman & Wallace — including Postpartum Rehabilitation, Levels 1, 2A, 2B, Capstone — and in November 2024 earned her Pelvic Rehabilitation Practitioner Certification (PRPC).

This certification represents advanced expertise in treating complex pelvic health conditions. Lizzy provides care for women AND men, helping with:
• Bladder & bowel incontinence
• Pelvic organ prolapse
• Pelvic pain & constipation
• Low back & SI joint pain
• Postpartum recovery & surgical rehab

She is also trained in dry needling for musculoskeletal pain, allowing her to address the whole person with a comprehensive approach.
