Legacy of Lafourche “Where the Legacy of Life Matters” Lafourche Home for the Aged is a non - profit organization that has been providing quality care for over fifty years.

Located at 1002 Tiger Drive, in Thibodaux, Louisiana. Lafourche Home for the Aged offers skilled nursing services and rehabilitation regiments such as physical, occupational, and speech therapies. These are all designed to enhance and maintain healthy, sound minds and bodies. Lafourche Home for the Aged is a wellness facility that holds 72 bed occupancy for loved ones who may need a little special attention due to health impairments. Daily activities are provided to keep people active, both mentally and physically, and the entire facility is designed to be upbeat and accommodating, both inside and out. The grounds of Lafourche Home includes a truly beautiful gated courtyard so residents can enjoy the outdoors in a safe and secure surrounding. Our excellent staff is committed to providing quality care and respectful, warm attention to each resident. We welcome you to come visit with us and speak with our administrative staff members to see what we have to offer.
