In our efforts to enhance the memory care unit at Minnesota Greenleaf, we have been busy repainting the facility over the past few weeks. To add a personal touch, we are reaching out to the Thief River Falls community for donations of Terry Redlin paintings to decorate our walls. For Breakfast, it was "Made to Order" – talk about starting your day just right! 🍳🥓🥞
Dinner sounded divine with Shrimp Alfredo 🍤, a trusty Bread Stick 🥖, healthy Broccoli 🥦, and a refreshing Fruit Cup! 🍓🍇🍈🍍
And to wrap up the day, Supper featured a hearty Potato Hot Dish 🥔, a fresh Small Salad 🥗, and a sweet Strawberry Short Cake! 🍓🍰 Yum!

Well seems like we kept busy like bees 🐝over the weekend at Minnesota Greenleaf 🍃. we had furry visitors 🐇🐰, Oh what a smile it brought to our residents faces🥰, we had a nice game of bingo also to end the afternoon, with good prizes. And some continued the house making.

It's Thursday, May 22nd, and let's dish out the day's delicious details and activities here at Minnesota Greenleaf🍃!

Breakfast is a choose-your-own-adventure today, because it's Made to Order🥞🧇🥓🍳🥯! So they did just that to start of the day good.
For the lunch, we're serving up the classic Club Sandwich🥪, accompanied by the ever-crunchy Potato Chips, and a healthy dose of Fresh Fruit🍊🍓🥝 & Veggies🥒🥕. It's not a party without healthy veggies
Suppertime
As the sun sets🌄, we're going old-school with a BLT on Toast🥓🥬🍅🍞. And why not some comforting Cream of Chicken Wild Rice Soup🥣🥘. But wait, there's more! The grand finale is everyone's favorite: Brownies! Get ready to have your sweet tooth🦷 satisfied.
