Sports registration is open in many school districts, does your child have their sports physical done? The MNSHL requires a sports clearance physical every 3 years! Call today to book your wellness check or stop in at our event on Tuesday, August 5th at North Born Therapy to make sure you are ready for fall sports that are fast approaching!

📢 **Important Reminder for Parents** 📢

If your child is going in for a sports physical or a well child check-up at a different clinic than where they usually get vaccines, please bring a copy of their immunization record with to the appointment or ask your new provider to check the Minnesota Immunization Information Connection (MIIC)Vaccine Registry.

We've seen a few cases recently where children received unnecessary or duplicate vaccinations simply because their records weren't available at the time of the visit. Keeping vaccine records up to date and accessible helps ensure your child gets the right care, and avoids extra shots.
