Memphis has had a rough run in his short 12 weeks of life. 🥺 He has now been returned twice due to unfortunate life circumstances, and even though he was with his owners a short time he was so loved and so spoiled! 👑❤️
Not anyone’s fault but definitely still confusing for this little boy! 😭

Memphis is a charming, sweet boy who’s a little timid at first but coming out of his shell. He enjoys his cuddle time with volunteers. 🥰He is a hound mix weighing about 14 lbs. he is neutered and vaccinated and anxious to go to his forever home! 🏡

Hello, we are Betty and Teddy! We came to the rescue under sad circumstances, as our owner passed away, followed shortly by a third cat in our house. We are affectionate and gentle, and happy to meet new people. We're aged eight and ten years old, so we're not quite ready for retirement yet, but would appreciate a calmer environment.

When we first came into the rescue's care, there was no space in the cattery, so we spent some time in a trusted foster home. Teddy would cry through the night, unless he was allowed to sleep in bed with his foster family.

We could live as either indoor or outdoor cats. Anyone wishing to let a cat outside must have a secure private garden, and live in a safe neighbourhood away from busy roads.

Marcus has waited many years for his forever home and we feel now it is his time to shine. Over the years Marcus has really mellowed out here at CLAIN. He would suit a one person household with no other pets. ❣️

Name: Marcus

Age: Around 6yrs

Breed: Medium cross breed.

Temperament: Marcus is a lovely lad but he has spent quite a long time in kennels unfortunately. Initially, Marcus can be quite aloof with new people and doesn’t want a massive fuss made. He does take a little bit to overcome this and bond with people, however once he has made this step then he is your best friend for life! Marcus is not a dog who wants lots of cuddles and fuss, it is on his terms. He will be good company for somebody who wants a friend who is independent. He is a funny lad and never fails to make us giggle with his sass and quirks!

Behaviour with other dogs/ cats: Needs a pet free home.

Any other info: Marcus walks very well on the lead and is spotless in kennels! He loves a snooze and some yummy treats 😋

Type of home needed: Somebody who is looking for a quiet companion. His new owner must give him his own space and time to settle in, after so long in kennels they must expect some minor hurdles along the way. He really is a sweet boy but just likes his peace and quiet. He doesn’t want a busy house. Ideally a one person owner. No children or visiting children.
