SoonerSelect Open Enrollment Starts May 1

The open enrollment period for SoonerSelect members is May 1-June 12, 2026.

During this time, members can change their health and dental plans. If existing members are happy with their current plans, there’s no need to do anything.

Health plan providers are Aetna Better Health, Humana Healthy Horizons and Oklahoma Complete Health. Dental providers are DentaQuest and Liberty Dental.

SoonerSelect plans offer members many extra benefits. Those are detailed by plan on the OHCA SoonerSelect page, along with other resources, FAQs and helpful guides.

American Indian/Alaskan Native (AI/AN) members can opt into a SoonerSelect health and/or dental plan during open enrollment to take advantage of the extra benefits. Enrollment is voluntary, and they can opt out at any time.

During open enrollment, members can add or change a plan online or by calling Choice Counseling at 800-987-7767. Choice counselors can help them pick a plan and enroll.

We need your help! Please help us and other pharmacies across the state to get right-side-up and stop some of the PBM theft. This bill only brings about some fairness and tries to get us to break-even on some losses!

It's simple for you to do. It takes little time. And it will require very little effort. All we need is for you to please make a phone call and an email to Governor Stitt. We badly need this bipartisan, grass-roots effort to happen and for Senate Bill 2074 to be signed into law. The opposition are multi-billion dollar middlemen called PBM's and they are pressing hard to get the governor to stop this bill. None of what they are saying about it is true.

The SB2074 has had tremendous, solid support by Democrats and Republicans alike. It has absolutely FLOWN through the legislature. Now it only needs our governor to SIGN IT. Please help us to show Governor Stitt that we need to keep all of our pharmacies open across the state. Please take the time to contact him for us!
