Day 3 of Administrative Professionals Week and today we’re shining the spotlight on our amazing Business Office Manager, Mistee! 🌟

As our BOM, Mistee keeps everything running smoothly behind the scenes by managing all of our billing—but that’s just the beginning. She goes above and beyond to support our residents and their families, helping them understand their billing and even assisting with insurance applications when needed. 💼❤️

Her dedication, knowledge, and willingness to help make a huge difference every single day. We are so lucky to have Mistee as part of our Cortland family! 👏

April is National Parkinson’s Awareness Month! We remain committed to advancing specialized care for those living with Parkinson’s Disease.
