Our centers work hard to engage members in ways to stay healthy, especially during holidays. It seems like everyone says they'll just enjoy the holiday treats and then start fresh on New Years. The Wellness Center of URMC challenged their members to be different and think different!

The Wellness Center will have a delayed opening tomorrow, 1/26 of 10am. We will not be having any morning classes but will have afternoon and evening classes. We plan to close at our regular time at 9pm.
