Archbold invites RNs, LPNs and CNAs to hiring events at each of our four long-term care facilities. If a career dedicated to making a difference, where you care for others and support the members of your community who need it most, Archbold Living may be the place for you.

We are actively hiring for each of these roles at all four Archbold Living locations. Archbold recently introduced increased pay rates for RNs, LPNs and CNAs at each location.

Attendees will have the opportunity to learn more about a career at Archbold and interview with our hiring team on site.

The traffic pattern in the Archbold Ambulatory Care Center parking lot will be temporarily altered as construction on the new Archbold Multispecialty and Surgery Center continues.

While the main entrance on S. Broad Street will remain open, a portion of the center entrance drive will be limited to one lane beginning on Friday, January 16. Additionally, the covered patient drop-off will be closed. These changes are expected to last approximately three weeks.

Visitors who need to drop off a passenger at the building should consult the following instructions and map. After entering from S. Broad Street, turn right into the parking lot and continue through the parking lot to the building's main entrance. Although the covered drop-off will be closed, you may stop at the curb to drop off your passenger.

When leaving the building, to exit the parking lot or park your car, vehicles will follow the one-way center drive toward the exit. Please consult the map for more information. All services at the ACC and Archbold Women's Center remain available as usual.

Archbold is pleased to announce it is increasing pay rates for nursing staff at several facilities around the region following a comprehensive market review.

“Our goal is to ensure Archbold’s pay practices remain competitive, support retention of our valued team members, and strengthen our ability to staff safely and consistently,” shared Amy Griffin, Senior Vice President of Patient Care Services and Chief Nursing Officer at Archbold. “When our team feels supported in the critical work they do, it benefits everyone involved—patients, fellow team members, and our community as a whole.”

The increases in pay are just one element of Archbold’s commitment to educating, hiring, and retaining the best nurses. Other financial incentives include signing bonuses for new hires, recruitment incentives for referrals by current team members, and up to 100% tuition reimbursement for new nursing graduates.

The Archbold Memorial Auxiliary Scholarship is awarded annually to deserving high school seniors pursuing a career in a medical-related field of study at a college, university or technical school.

Her nomination reads, “I appreciate this leader’s communication efforts and that she portrays positivity and always tries to boost the morale of the staff. She also deserves this award because she is willing to step in and help with whatever is needed for patients. She doesn’t hesitate to help take patients to the bathroom, give a bath, start an IV, or even fill in as a floor nurse when needed. She goes above and beyond her job title. She is constantly checking on her staff, and asking our opinions on what she can do to improve! What has meant the most to me, is that she mailed me a personal, hand-written card expressing how excited she was about me joining the team. She keeps us in the know!”
