Leaders from Bainbridge Public Safety and the Decatur County Sheriff's office have reached out to Georgia Pines to step in to bridge gaps when it comes to responding to a mental crisis.

GPCSB Staff recently met with the Cairo Fire Department to discuss solutions when responding to incidents involving individuals that may have behavioral issues. We were able to gift them with ten Carter Kits, and provide hands-on creative ways to deal with CBT/DBT intervention.

Are you in need of a warm blanket and a good meal?

Our Community Outreach Team is partnering with the Georgia Pines Community Service Board's Wecovery Program to collect and distribute blankets as a part of their 4th Annual Operation: "Gotcha Covered".

The blankets will be distributed to those in need throughout our community at our upcoming Feeding the Community event to be held on Thursday, December 21st from 3:00 - 6:00pm at Pineland Baptist Church at 2031 E. Clay St., and the Salvation Army at 514 N. Madison St.
