From raising their hands to bid on fun prizes at our Bean Auction with CSRA Home Health 🫘🎁 to creating colorful handprint turkeys 🦃🎨, everyone had a blast. It’s always wonderful to see so many smiles (and painted hands!) around our community!

It's official!! Krispy Kreme Doughnuts is crowned "King of Donuts" in our community for National Donut Day! And what goes along with donuts better than coffee?? Law Enforcement Officers! This October, our community went all in — showing "bra"zen support for cancer awareness! From every lap walked for Cancer Support Services, to our survivors tea party, and to every creative bra in our parade, we’ve stood together, loud and proud, in the fight against cancer.

Would you like to be "bra"zen with us by pledging a dollar amount for each mile we walked? Together, we reached our goal of 10 miles!!!! Comment below.

🎃 A Spooktacular Halloween Celebration! 👻

We ended our week-long cottage community celebration with a frightfully fun costume party — and WOW, our residents and staff did not disappoint! From classic characters to creative surprises, the costumes brought plenty of laughter and Halloween spirit to our community.

A huge thank you to our amazing families and dedicated staff for helping our residents dress up and shine. Your creativity and enthusiasm made the day extra special!

Of course, no costume party is complete without a little friendly competition. This year’s prizes went to:

The Halloween fun continues with a spooky game of "Ghost" bingo. Instead of yelling "Bingo", residents would do their scariest ghost impressions. Thank you to Regency SouthernCare for leading our scary fun game with our cottage residents!

The Halloween fun continues for our cottage residents! They got creative with a jack-o’-lantern–themed drink (thank you to Michelle McGrory Guerrero at Trinity Hospice for the festive treat!)

We also had a heartwarming visit from the "boo"tiful kids from FBC Thomson, GA who sang for our cottage residents and brought smiles all around with a little reverse trick-or-treating! 👻🍬

🎃👻 Halloween Fun at At Home Senior Living of Thomson! 👻🎃

Our residents had a spooktacular time welcoming little ghosts, princesses, and superheroes from the community for some trick-or-treat fun! 🧙‍♀️🍬

There’s nothing quite like seeing the joy on our residents’ faces as they hand out candy and share smiles with the next generation. Events like this remind us how special it is when our community—young and old—comes together to celebrate. 💜
