During a session, you’ll simply rest—fully clothed, cozy, and still—as the practitioner channels universal life energy through light, intuitive touch (or just above the body). If you’ve never experienced Reiki before, this is the perfect way to begin.

You’ll be guided through a slow, grounding Restorative Yoga practice led by Sara, while Paola offers a mini Reiki session to each person during the practice—gentle, intuitive energy work designed to restore balance and calm.

Look at this throwback of Jaclyn holding baby Tucker 🐶💛 — hard to believe he’s already a year old! Jaclyn, on the other hand, has been with Sweet Serenity Yoga since day one. She has taken 149 classes to be exact! She’s truly an OG, showing up with the biggest heart and the kind of energy that fills the room with love and joy.
