Restorative yoga is a forced slow down enabling you to put your physical body in pause.
Taking the focus off the physical and into your emotional and energetic bodies. Helping you open the door to release whatever stressors, anxiety, angry or sadness may come up. Even just finding this release for an hour helps lessen the dis-ease in your body.
