Join our community for Yoga in the Park as we celebrate the arrival of spring. This is a donation based, beginner friendly class, so whether it’s your first time on a mat or you’ve been practicing for years, you’re welcome here.

Your nervous system was designed to protect you not to keep you in survival mode 24/7.
When you’re constantly in fight or flight, your body doesn’t know the difference between a real threat and a stressful email. Heart racing, jaw tight, shoulders up to your ears and thoughts moving faster than your breath. Over time, that state becomes your “normal.”

A nervous system reset is simply remembering you are safe. When you shift into your parasympathetic state rest, digest, heal your body can finally do what it’s designed to do, repair, regulate, and restore.

March is here. A new month,new season,a new rhythm.
As we begin to thaw from winter and move toward longer days, it feels only right to open more space to gather, breathe, and flow together.
Starting this month, join me every Saturday at 9am for a soulful flow to anchor your weekend. Expect intentional movement, steady breath, and that grounded but alive energy we love.

The Spring Equinox rolls in March 20th, it marks a powerful moment of balance equal light and dark. We officially welcome the new season. In yoga philosophy, this mirrors the harmony we cultivate between effort and ease, strength and softness, doing and being.

Saturday, March 21 at 9:30am
We’ll celebrate the equinox together, outside, moving under the open sky. Fresh air, community, and conscious movement to honor new beginnings.

When our thoughts, beliefs, and emotional patterns are coherent and aligned with what we desire, we are more likely to recognize, receive, and sustain opportunities that match that state. Conversely, if there is internal misalignment such as doubt, fear, or conflicting beliefs it can be more difficult to embody or maintain the very things we say we want. A simple analogy is battery polarity like charges repel, complementary charges connect. Alignment matters.

In practice, it isn’t about wanting something badly enough, but about cultivating congruence aligning mindset, behavior, and emotional tone with the reality we wish to experience. When there is internal harmony, what we seek often feels less forced and more naturally integrated into our lives.
