So many moms are carrying stories no one ever sees.

Invisible diseases.
Extreme water needs.
Severe allergies.
Sensory needs.
Medical routines that don’t look serious, until they are.

Friday feels like a good day to open the floor.

If you’re comfortable, share below.
If not, read and know you’re not alone.

This community is built on understanding—not judgment. 🤍

Some days, the hardest part isn’t the disease.

It’s the explaining.
The reminding.
The trusting others to understand something they can’t see.

It’s watching your child move through the world like everyone else,
while carrying something heavier than they should ever have to.

Invisible diseases require invisible strength.
From our kids.
And from the moms quietly holding it all together.

If today feels heavy, let this be your reminder:
You’re allowed to slow down.
You’re allowed to feel it.
And you’re doing an incredible job, even when no one notices.

There’s a special kind of loneliness that comes with parenting a child whose struggles are invisible.

When your child looks “fine,” but isn’t.
When precautions feel excessive to outsiders, but necessary to you.
When you’re constantly explaining, advocating, and preparing… quietly.

Invisible diseases don’t just affect the body.
They live in the mental load.
The hyper-vigilance.
The scanxiety.
The moments you hold your breath and smile anyway.

If this episode hit close to home, know this:
You’re not dramatic.
You’re not overreacting.
You’re a mother doing exactly what your child needs.

And if no one has said it to you lately—
we see you.

Today’s episode is one we held gently.

We’re talking about children with invisible diseases, and what it’s really like to parent a child who looks “fine,” but isn’t safe without extra care. Caley shares about Whitten John 💪🏼, his AVP deficiency (Diabetes Insipidus), and the constant balancing act of advocating, educating, and trusting others with his life.

We talk about the judgment that comes when precautions don’t make sense to outsiders.
The exhaustion of explaining yourself.
And the emotional weight of scan days, MRIs, anesthesia, and the fear that never fully leaves after cancer.

There are tears in this one.
And a lot of validation.

If you’re a mom loving a child whose struggles aren’t visible—or carrying worry no one else sees—this episode is for you.

Some kids look perfectly fine…
and still need constant protection.

Tomorrow’s episode is for the moms carrying invisible worry,
the ones explaining medical needs that don’t look real to others.
The ones advocating when they feel judged.
The ones holding their breath during scan season.

This one is personal.
It’s emotional.
And it’s for you if you’ve ever felt unseen while doing everything right.

🎧 Episode drops Tuesday.

Season One reminded us of something powerful.

You don’t need more noise.
You don’t need more pressure.
You don’t need to have it all figured out.

You just need a place where you’re allowed to show up as you are.

This podcast became that space. Not because we planned it perfectly, but because we chose honesty over polish and connection over performance.

As we head into Season Two, our intention is simple:
keep walking together.

Happy Sunday, Mom Squad. đź’›

What started as two moms having honest conversations turned into something so much bigger.

Friendship.
Laughter.
Late (ish) nights.
Voice notes.
And a whole lot of “are we really doing this?” moments.

Season One reminded us that when women show up as themselves, magic happens.
Season Two is about protecting that joy while continuing to grow.

Thank you for being part of this ride with us.
We wouldn’t want to do it with anyone else. 💛

Season One taught us more than we ever expected.

It taught us that showing up messy still counts.
That laughing through chaos can be healing.
That saying things out loud gives other moms permission to breathe.

We learned that community isn’t built by being polished,
it’s built by being honest.

And we’re walking into Season Two carrying those lessons with us.
Grateful. Grounded. Ready for what’s next.

Season One taught us something we didn’t expect.

It was never really about downloads, charts, or stats,
it was about connection.

It was about moms hearing a conversation and thinking,
“Oh thank God… it’s not just me.”

It was about laughing at the chaos, honoring the hard, and creating space where perfection isn’t required, only honesty.

Community changes everything.
And watching women show up for themselves and each other has been the greatest gift of this whole journey.

Season Two isn’t about doing more.
It’s about going deeper. 💛

WE DID THAT. 🥂

Season two starts with a celebration! And yes, we’re taking a moment to say we did that.

In this kickoff episode, we’re looking back on everything Season One brought us: the laughs, the growth, the moments that surprised us, and the community that showed up in ways we never expected. We’re sharing some wild (and honestly humbling) Spotify stats (including being shared more than 96% of shows and landing in the top 10) and revisiting some of our favorite hilarious moments along the way.

But more than numbers, this season opener is about impact. We talk about what we’ve learned, how this podcast has helped moms feel seen, heard, and less alone, and why creating real connection has always mattered more than being perfect.

We’re also celebrating our Mom Squad—our private Facebook community of over 3.5K moms from all over the world—and giving a little teaser of what’s coming next with the I AM JOURNEY program launching in 2026.

🎧 Season Two starts now.
And we’re just getting warmed up.

WE DID THAT. 🥂

Season Two kicks off with a moment we don’t usually take…
a pause to celebrate.

Season One brought the laughs, the lessons, the chaos, and the kind of connection we didn’t even know we were missing. From viral moments to real conversations that made moms feel seen, heard, and less alone, this season opener is about gratitude, growth, and proof that showing up matters.

Tomorrow, we’re celebrating it all.
The wins. The community. The journey.

Season Two starts Tuesday.
And yes… we did that.✨🎙️
