My name is Tiffany, Certified Functional Medicine Practitioner, Certified Gut Health Specialist, Master Herbalist and Mind Body Integration Specialist. I provide specialized wellness counseling and resources to help women with fibromyalgia and autoimmune issues break free from the prison their bodies have become, restore their strength and health, and finally live the lives they’ve just been dreaming of. In other words, I help you feel like YOU again — and I’ve “been there, done that” myself. As a Certified Fictional Medicine Practitioner, I am trained in how a healthy diet and lifestyle can help your body do what it was designed to do: heal itself. I’m also trained to coach you through the process of incorporating healthy habits into your daily life. My approach is about finding the underlying reasons for your symptoms and addressing them in a holistic and natural way, instead of just covering them up with a pill. I don’t believe in fad diets, but instead, working together to determine what is right for YOU and YOUR body. There is no one else like you, and there is no perfect solution that will work for everyone. I’m here to show you that it is possible, and so much more. With the right mentoring, information, and tools, you can reach all the much needed success on your health journey. My mission is to help you take back control of your health and life have a little fun in the process. I look forward to getting to know more about you, your family, and your goals.

My Story

My name is Tiffany, Certified Functional Wellness Consultant, Gut Health Specialist and Herbalist.

I help busy women understand the connection between their gut health and their chronic health issues (fibromyalgia and autoimmune).

I woork together with my clients as a health detective digging deep into all areas of the body to help provide you with some much needed answers and direction so you can finally free yourself from the symptoms that are impacting your quality of life. Because NO, symptoms are not normal and it doesn’t have to be that way.😀😀

I work with most of my clients online. I offer VIP 1-on-1 consultations and individualized programs where I support my amazing clients every step of the way to ensure they are successful and help teach them how to take care of themselves for the long haul. .. My signature program, Gut Health Done Right, has helped hundreds of women heal their gut and start to address the root cause of the symptoms so that they can start their healing journey. 🥰🥰

I am also super passionate about safer herbal supplements. Most supplements on the market are filled with chemicals, toxins and heavy metals that are so harmful and at the root cause of so many health issues. I love educating others on how to find high quality, 100% plant-based herbs that are 3rd party tested for quality so that you know you are getting the absolute best for you and your family.
