Our first Full Moon Sound Journey has officially landed ✨

Last night’s experience was dedicated to nervous system rest and allowing sound to do what words cannot: soften the edges, settle the breath, and invite the body back home.

Crystal bowls, Tibetan bowls, and the deep voice of the gong created a space for stillness and gentle release.

I’ll be offering this journey again next month with a few thoughtful adjustments to make the experience even more supportive.

If you’ve been looking for a way to pause, reset, and be held without effort—this is for you.
