Did you know that CST or fascial release before and after can help?

Imagine a rubber band being pulled down tight causing the areas around it to also be tight.

Fascial release helps decrease the tension so there is less of a recoil affect but a gradual spreading and releasing.

Its common for the entire body to be tight from the tie. Making sure the rest of the body is also releasing tension instead of holding it since thats was it was born with. It will help improve function, reduce the chance of assymetries in skills and development and feel better overall.

Not all ties need to be released either if function and development of the palate, airway and mouth are good. Great!

I sometimes see babies for manual release instead of them getting released by laser or clipping and its just the little nudge they needed.

It was a good and very busy week! 💆‍♀️💃
The messages and excitement on progress is what fuels my tank and keeps me wanting to dive deeper.

I took a few minutes and reflected on all the good this week! Im humbled to be apart of the families and individuals who trust me in their care.

Happy Friday!

These messages never get old! Not every session will look the same.
Why? Because I target the highest need for the body to support it for that time.
This kiddo I've worked with for a while and we've focused on various areas of the body as different systems needing more attention earlier on. While going through the process of a oral tie release, it was recommended she have her tonsils removed earlier in the year and her parents wanted to avoid it if possible. Since my first time seeing her she's gotten stronger, more resilient and we've been working at supporting her foundation. Now, I get to fine tune the areas I'm supporting for her as her foundation is solid. When the healing starts holding and becoming the new normal, that's when the magic happens. 🙌

Consistency has really come through in results for this family and I couldnt be happier for them! I initially was seeing her every other week and we had decreased down to 1x a month over the last 4 months as her body is now holding the treatments well and she's doing very well!

I feel like it's also important to note her family was already seeing a functional nutritionist to help her body with inflammation, detox and etc. when I met them. Helping the body on celluar level helps enhances the work I do.

None the less it always makes my day to see the direct impacts my work can make for somone.

I mean who wouldn't feel better after having a BM the size of Canada 😅👌.

Hi all,

Wanted to give a heads up and share. You may see new faces during treatment over the next month or two.
I love being able to share what I do. I have been connecting with a few providers who want to come observe what sessions look like at ATOB and learn.

If you prefer not to have one of the girls observe, let me know, and we will arrange that. 😊

As a reminder, Ava is learning to help with office operations and works part-time 2-3 day a week. So she may also be a near face you see or voice you hear. Please give grace as she learns the ropes.
