APPLICANT ATTORNEYS

What's the difference between a failing attorney and one making over a million dollars per year?

Hint: It's not litigation or taking on a bunch of small cases.

It’s actually pretty simple.

There is this state fund called SIBTF which 90% of attorneys aren’t utilizing, but those who do are getting a substantial ROI. There is NO cost as the clients have already settled their workers comp claim with you and are already in your case files.

The best part is, our expert team of qualified medical evaluators will manage everything, at no cost to you and very limited time needed on your end.

Just click "sign up" and we will be happy to help and answer any questions and show you just how easy it is to get started!

Qualified Med Eval is a medical management company specializing in helping attorneys pursue SIBTF (Subsequent Injury Benefit Trust Fund) claims in California.
At Qualified Med Eval, we understand that a subsequent industrial injury can have a significant impact on an individual's life, and we are dedicated to helping injured workers get the benefits they are legally entitled to. Our team of qualified doctors are here to assist attorneys in evaluating SIBTF cases and providing the necessary medical evaluations to support the claim.
To qualify for SIBTF benefits, the subsequent injury must be at least 35% PD (permanent disability) when adjusted for DFEC (Diminished Future Earning Capacity), or there must be a subsequent injury to an opposing and corresponding body part with an overall PD of at least 5%. If the combined PD of the pre-existing and subsequent injuries is at least 70%, then the worker may be eligible for SIBTF benefits.
Our process for pursuing an SIBTF claim involves assisting with cases that meet the eligibility criteria, having the injured worker answer a comprehensive questionnaire about their medical history, subpoenaing complete medical records, rating the previous injury, disease, or surgery as if it were industrial, and requesting medical evaluations for all issues raised in the questionnaire.
Our CEO, Adam Barker, has extensive experience working in the SIBTF arena and is committed to fighting for your clients to get the benefits they are legally entitled to. With a team of qualified doctors on staff, we have the expertise and knowledge to provide the necessary medical evaluations and reports to support your SIBTF claim.
If you have a settled work comp case with at least 35% PD (permanent disability) when adjusted for DFEC (Diminished Future Earning Capacity), or a subsequent injury to an opposing and corresponding body part with an overall PD of at least 5% and believe your client may be eligible for additional benefits through SIBTF, we encourage you to contact us.
Thank you for considering Qualified Med Eval for your SIBTF needs. We look forward to working with you.
