Its about healing , its about love and its about hope.When we heal ourselves we can then help heal the world . I'm here, healthy and doing great!! I live every day to its fullest My mission... to inspire and help as many as I can, to continue to heal myself and in doing so help heal the world. love my life and my family, love my work, love mountain biking, running and bodybuilding.
