Not all mental health care is the same. It’s important to find one that best suits your needs, whether it’s an Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) or Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP). It’s also worth considering the advantages of both in-person and virtual care. Facilities that offer both options help make staging connected to your care team easier.

Asking the right questions can lead you to a local provider who feels like a good fit for your healing journey. We're always happy to answer your mental health questions!

If you’ve recently noticed that your internal thermostat feels off or your once-steady nerves now feel more like a live wire, you’re not alone. While hot flashes and night sweats often get the most attention, emotional shifts can be just as impactful. Anxiety is one of the most common “hidden” symptoms of perimenopause.

Perimenopause isn’t only a physical transition. It can affect emotional well-being, relationships, and daily functioning.

Did you know ANXIETY is one of the most common “hidden” symptoms of perimenopause? It’s a response to hormonal changes that affect brain chemistry and can make the nervous system more sensitive to stress.

If anxiety feels heavy or disruptive, support and practical strategies can make a meaningful difference. We can help! Visit our website to learn more about our services.

Save a life by knowing these 5 warning signs:

1️⃣ Overwhelming negative emotions: intense emotional distress, or extreme mood changes lasting longer than 2 weeks.

2️⃣ Difficulty connecting with baby: Postpartum depression (PPD) can make bonding feel especially difficult.

3️⃣ Withdrawing from family and friends: Withdrawal and isolation can stem from feelings of guilt, severe fatigue, or fear of being judged.

4️⃣ Trouble with concentration or memory: Cognitive difficulties affecting focus, memory, and the ability to complete everyday tasks persisting or worsening weeks after delivery

5️⃣ Thoughts of harming yourself or the baby: Even if there’s no intention to act on these thoughts, discuss with a healthcare provider as soon as possible.

Call or text 988, the 988 Su***de & Crisis Lifeline, for immediate support if you’re at risk of harming yourself or others.
