Silverado Thousand Oaks Memory Care Community Silverado Thousand Oaks Memory Care Community opened in March 2021 and will serve 82 people with Alzheimer’s disease and other memory-impairing conditions.

Silverado Thousand Oaks Memory Care Community has been designed to provide more than just assisted living. It is a specialized memory care community dedicated to enriching life for the memory impaired.
