No one told me that this would be the hardest job I would ever have. So many responsibilities, no vacation time, my sleep forever interrupted.... How much these little humans would impact my life.

Motherhood has proven to be the most challenging, yet rewarding time of my life. It is with absolute adoration and admiration of all fellow mamas, mamas to be, or any other mama-like roles in general. I see you. You are so strong, resilient, and bold. You should be celebrated each and every day.

I hope you took some time to yourself today, mama. I hope you take some time to yourself every day. Your hard work and dedication to your family does not go unseen. You take care of so much, but don’t forget to take care of you, too 💛

We are looking for another practitioner in the health and wellness field to join our team! Our clinic is in Thousand Oaks near the Janss Marketplace and we are open 6 days a week. We have 4 treatment rooms, a break room, waiting/lobby area and extra storage space. Please spread the word!

See ya later 2020! ✌🏼Hello 2021! 🙏🏼

Wow. That was an interesting and challenging year for all of us. We saw some things we cannot unsee and the struggles both personally and worldwide were in full force. We spent a little more time with our immediate families (okay, a lot more!) and that in itself arose some difficulties, but hopefully it also allowed us to learn more about one another and to be more present. Some of us have lost loved ones, including myself, and that has reminded us how precious life is.
