She received a Bachelor of Science degree with a Major in Chemistry from University of Central Oklahoma, Edmond, in 1989. She was a recipient of several awards for achievement of excellence in Education. She received her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Southern California School of Dentistry in 2000. She also was the recipient of academic achievement meriting her a place on the prestigious Dean's List. Dr. Shirin believes a smile is the ultimate symbol of underlying confidence, beauty, elegance, glamour... and a good dentist. Given her penchant for continuing education, Dr Shirin continuously stays current with the latest advances and developments in the field of dentistry. When you have dental problems, you need to have the trust and confidence in a dentist who listens and responds to you.... an experienced doctor who knows the field and can effectively diagnose and treat your needs.... a friendly dentist who counsels you on the best ways to maintain and improve your oral health. At our office in Thousand Oaks, we meet all of the aforementioned criteria.
