☕ Coffee, Community, Connection ☕
Adults from Momentum’s Day Programs recently enjoyed a special community engagement at Five07 Coffee Bar & Eatery, where they savored great coffee and shared warm conversations. These experiences build confidence, strengthen social bonds, and offer a fun way to explore new environments together. Best of all, every cup came with a smile.

Outings like this reflect our ongoing commitment to engaging with and supporting local businesses throughout the community.

🎨Digital Art, Real Empowerment🎨
Momentum artist Paolo is experiencing firsthand the power of Photoshop, which isn’t just a program but a tool for self-expression. At Momentum’s Day Programs, individuals are learning digital design, turning ideas into art, and gaining skills for today’s world. We love seeing creativity on and off the page, and we're grateful to provide individuals with these experiences.

🌱 Growing Together 🌱
Before the recent rainstorms, individuals in Momentum’s Day Programs had the chance to blend creativity and care through a hands-on gardening project. One of our talented artists, Julianne, learned how to program our 3D printers and was inspired to design custom 3D-printed pots for succulents, showcasing not only her artistic talents but also those of her peers.

Individuals visited Armstrong Garden Centers, selected their own succulents, and planted them in the personalized pots they helped create. Each planter is a symbol of personal growth, from learning new skills to building confidence and fostering a sense of community.

We’re so grateful to our staff for providing this enriching experience!

📚 You’re help is needed! Bring the magic of reading to little learners by supporting our Books & Buddies program! Reading aloud to children from birth to age five is one of the most powerful ways to support brain development, language skills, and lifelong learning. That’s why we’re launching Books & Buddies, a special initiative to collect 200 books for children ages 0–36 months.

These books will support:
✔️ Vocabulary building
✔️ Language development
✔️ Parent-child bonding
✔️ A new Lending Library for families at home

Our Story

PTN is committed to providing quality services for children with special needs, medical concerns and those at risk for developmental issues.

The dream of a high-caliber therapy and research center for the many families struggling to find services for their children with developmental and medical concerns was realized in 1996 when Pediatric Therapy Network (PTN) was born. Since then, PTN has become a world-renowned, multi-faceted treatment facility. Occupying more than 40,000 square feet of therapeutic space in five locations in Torrance, Inglewood and Long Beach, PTN annually delivers more than 150,000 hours of innovative programs and services to 2,500 children.

The need for PTN’s services continues to grow. Today, with 1 in 6 children diagnosed with a developmental disability, the ability to provide these crucial services is at the heart of PTN’s mission.
