👋🏼 Bio/life update! I’m a corrective exercise specialist with 13 years of experience helping people move better, feel stronger, and live pain-free. I own a private boutique training studio in Thousand Oaks, CA, where I provide expert guidance in a supportive, private setting.

Unlike traditional personal training, my approach is rooted in prescription training—using movement as medicine to help clients heal, build resilience, and enhance longevity. Whether you’re recovering from an injury, managing chronic pain, training through pregnancy, navigating menopause, or improving athletic performance, I tailor each program to your unique needs. Maximizing strength and muscle mass is the secret ingredient!
• Clients range from teen athletes to seniors in their 70s and 80s.
• Every program starts with a musculoskeletal evaluation to uncover imbalances and alignment issues.
• Sessions include foot function work, a customized workout, and meditation for a fully integrated mind-body experience.
• Recovery techniques like vibration therapy and cupping support healing and performance.
