🌿 Mindful Movement Yoga for Healing at Anam Cara

Over the next seven weeks in Mindful Movement Yoga at Anam Cara, we’ll explore the seven chakras — the body’s subtle energy centers that influence our physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being.

Each class will include gentle movement, breathwork, and reflection to help you understand and connect with one chakra at a time — from the grounding energy of the Root to the expansive awareness of the Crown.

This series is an invitation to learn, feel, and heal — at your own pace, in community, through mindful awareness and compassionate practice.

Join us for a gentle and grounding yoga practice designed to support your body, calm your mind, and nourish your spirit. Whether you’re brand new to yoga or looking to slow things down, this all-levels class offers mindful movement, breath awareness, and moments of stillness to help you reconnect with yourself. Each session may include simple pranayama (breathwork) and meditation techniques, with an emphasis on moving with intention and compassion. Come just as you are—this is a space for healing, rest, and renewal.

✨Souls Rest, Yoga Nidra at Anam Cara ✨

Join us for a deeply restorative experience through the ancient practice of Yoga Nidra, also known as yogic sleep — a guided meditation designed to bring you into a profound state of rest while maintaining gently awareness.

This is not a movement-based yoga class — simply come ready to lie down, let go, and receive.

What is Yoga Nidra?

Yoga Nidra is a state of consciousness between waking and sleeping. Through guided awareness and breath, it calms the nervous system, promotes deep healing, and supports emotional clarity.

Benefits include:
