Hi everyone! The St. Joseph Sheriff’s Office has asked that community food and supply drives be pooled in one location to help make distribution easier.

If you or someone you know is currently in need of food or supplies, please stop by and pick up items before tomorrow at 4:15 PM. At that time, we will pack up the remaining donations and deliver them to United Way (143 E Main St.).

United Way will then have the items available for community members Monday–Friday from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM.

As always, please reach out if you have any questions! And thank you to everyone who has donated! We have a TON of really quality stuff for the community.

In response to the March 6 tornadoes, Lifetree will be hosting a Food & Supply Drive from March 9–20 to support families in our community 💙

Lifetree families are welcome to donate or pick up supplies during their regular child drop-off or pick-up times.

Community members may donate or pick up items at 12pm and 4pm, Monday–Friday. If these days or times don’t work for you, please contact Kat at 815-236-1223 to arrange another time.

Items we are collecting:
-Nonperishable food
-Bottled water
-Sleeping essentials (e.g., blankets, pillows)
-Clothing (all ages)
-Charging banks/cords
-Basic first aid supplies

I know it’s hard to believe after watching this video, but this friend once REFUSED to be within 5ft of any medical device. Now, we’re slowly learning that they’re not so bad!

We practice with the blood pressure cuff, stethoscope, otoscope, oximeter, and more!

If your kiddo struggles with routine doctor appointments, make sure to let their supervisor know at your next parent meeting 🩺💙
