Thyroid antibodies are often the first indication of a thyroid problem, appearing 10-15 years before a change in TSH! Thyroid antibodies indicate an autoimmune attack on the thyroid.
Many of my clients and readers have elevated thyroid antibodies and are actively trying to lower them. After all, no antibodies means no autoimmune attack on your thyroid, and getting your antibodies as close to zero as possible will likely mean a remission of your symptoms.
Over the years of putting my own Hashimoto’s into remission and helping thousands of my readers do the same, I’ve compiled a list of extensive strategies to help lower your thyroid antibodies.
I believe in starting by addressing the most common triggers of Hashimoto’s. Oftentimes, addressing these triggers is enough to reduce a person’s antibodies, but if not, I have more advanced strategies.
Some practitioners say that reducing thyroid antibodies doesn't matter. Respectfully, I disagree. I share exactly why in the article. Additionally, I share 35 strategies for reducing thyroid antibodies.
