Meet Sheri, a former teacher and school administrator who found her passion for all things fitness after retirement. He gentle calming voice and ability to meet people where they are make her an outstanding instructor. She teaches our evening class and is always taking new clients. ✌️

Cynthia has been studying and teaching yoga for 25+ years and is an Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher at the 500 hour level with Yoga Alliance. You will not leave her class disappointed. Join her on Wednesdays and Fridays.

Peggy brings 10 years of yoga teaching experience. She makes every person feel welcome and supported by offering beginner, intermediate and advanced options for poses and flows. You’ll never be bored in her classes, there is always variety and fun at every class!
In Core Yoga we will explore postures that focus on the primary muscles that strengthen and stabilize the “core” of your body such as the abdomen, back, glutes, hamstrings and hip flexors.

🔥🔥HEATED YOGA🔥🔥
$60 for 4 weeks of heated yoga, starts Monday Sept 8th. Use the link below to register. Limited spots available.

This class will be an active Vinyasa Flow class, with the main difference being the temperature will be between 85-90 degrees. Benefits of Hot/Heated Yoga are similar to traditional yoga: improves flexibility, builds strength, strengthens bones, improves mental health, and with the increase in temperature it can increase flexibility a bit more, support cardiovascular health and improve skin quality.
