I’m sad to say this is becoming a problem again . We kindly ask for more than 24 hours if you need to reschedule. Calling 45 minutes before your appointment to cancel or literally standing in the spa to cancel the last service of the morning after the front desk girls busted their butts to get a toasty relaxing float ready for you. We may have to start asking for payment upfront when booking. The professionals in our spa would love to be working on you than wondering if you are coming.
