Today we’re celebrating and sending so much love to Kylie Rowe as she takes a big leap and opens her own space closer to home. This next week is her last week at Peaceful Rivers.

While we are truly going to miss her at the spa, we couldn’t be more proud of her for following her heart and growing into this next chapter. Watching our team members chase their dreams is one of the greatest honors.

Kylie has blessed so many of our clients with her talent, kindness, and calming presence. She will always be part of our Peaceful Rivers family.

Today is my self care reset day🧖‍♀️ ✨

Fun fact:
✨ Your body does the majority of its repair work when inflammation is low and circulation is flowing well.
✨ Stress slows healing — relaxation speeds it up.
✨ Supporting your body holistically helps every system… including the eyes.

Healing isn’t just about appointments and protocols.

🔴 Red Light Therapy
Red and near-infrared light helps stimulate ATP (your cells’ energy source), increase circulation, and reduce inflammation. For my eye healing, improved blood flow and cellular repair support can be so beneficial. It’s like giving your cells a little energetic recharge.

💆‍♀️ Massage with Catalina
Massage increases lymphatic drainage, lowers cortisol, and boosts serotonin and dopamine. When the nervous system relaxes, the body shifts into repair mode. Healing happens best when we feel safe and supported.

🦶 Foot Detox Soak
