Experience deep relaxation in this unique class that blends restorative yoga with therapeutic massage. Using supportive bolsters and props, you’ll move through floor poses held for 5–8 minutes. While you rest in each pose, a licensed massage therapist applies gentle compression techniques to release tension in the targeted areas.
